My Health Journey. Where Shall I Begin?
Instead of cleansing the digestive and intestinal organs as I would normally
recommend, we will begin at the mouth. To be more specific, what we put into
the mouth. Most of what we eat is not food. We ingest many
chemicals processed together and formed into different shapes with huge
amounts of sugar and / or salt to mask the poisonous taste of the chemicals.
The human body is not meant to function using chemicals, drugs, antibiotics,
salt and sugar. We feel so exhausted because we rarely give our bodies
what is really needed to live. Our bodies need Sunlight, Clean Air, Pure
Water, Carbohydrates, Fats, Protein, Vitamins and Minerals. The best
source to obtain most of these nutrients is from raw, organic foods.
The first step in obtaining these nutrients is digestion. As our age
increases, the ability to digest food decreases. This is because
processed and cooked foods have little to no enzymes to help with digestion.
Enzymes are protein based substances that help to break down the nutrients in
food to enable our bodies to build bones, muscles, organs, skin, hair and to
remove waste. Some of the possible symptoms of a lack of enzymes are
feeling tired after eating, belching after meals, feeling bloated, body odor
and/or bad breath, excessive or loss of appetite, gallbladder problems
and heart burn. If your current food choices include meat, dairy and
fried foods, you should start taking a product called
Food
Enzymes. If you are a Vegetarian who also does not eat dairy
products, you should take a product called
Proactazyme
Plus. These products will take some of the stress off your digestive
organs by helping with the digestion of food.
Next article will address cleansing the Intestinal track to help increase the
absorption of nutrients.
